2-BEDROOM CABINS
The 2-bedroom Woodsmoke Cabin sleeps up to 6 people. Enjoy a full kitchen plus dining area for cooking delicious meals, and then retire to the great room with glass fireplace for your after-dinner drinks. The beautiful master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom including a stand-up tile shower. The guest bedroom has two king beds and a full bath with a bathtub and shower. End your day walking to your private outdoor wood-burning firepit to recap your adventures and relax before a restful night among the trees.

3-BEDROOM CABINS
The 3-bedroom Woodsmoke Cabin sleeps up to 8 people. The main level features a full kitchen plus dining area for nights when you want to stay tucked in the woods and cook delicious meals. Enjoy together time with family and friends in the great room with a gas fireplace. Continuing on the main level is a master bedroom with a king bed, two cozy oversized chairs, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up tile shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up tile shower. The lower level features a third oversized bedroom, including two king beds and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. WHOLE OWNERSHIP
You own your home completely free and clear, and are a member of a common homeowners association. Joining the Quarterdeck Rental Program means they take care of everything guest related from reservations to housekeeping, and beyond.
Enjoy your vacation home for up to 42 days every summer (May 1st – October 31st) and up to 100 days during the winter season. All you have to do is unlock your door, and you’re on vacation. Take back the elusive time and enjoy true maintenance-free ownership and resort style living.

RENTAL PROGRAM
Quarterdeck Resort facilitates all critical management functions relating to the owner’s vacation home including: marketing, reservations, check-in services, housekeeping, security and revenue management. Quarterdeck will rent your vacation unit when not in use and split the revenue of approximately 50/50 with you. Enjoy true maintenance-free ownership and resort style living.
MAIN LEVEL
On the main level of this cottage you will find a beautiful great room with a flat screen tv and a fireplace, powder room, full gourmet kitchen, dining room and an outdoor BBQ with a seating area. The main level also features a king lake view master suite with a private connecting bathroom.
Upper Level
The upper level of this cottage features 2 bedrooms and a powder room. On this level you will find a king bedroom with a connecting private bathroom and a second king bedroom that also has a connecting private bathroom. The upper level also features a rooftop deck with gas firepit and patio furniture.
Basement
If you are in the mood for entertainment, journey down to the lower level where the spacious family room is located. Here you will find a game room with a card table and a pool table. Snuggle up with your favorite movie in the living area with many different seating arrangements, a flat screen tv and a fireplace. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax. The lower level also has a common bathroom and a washer and dryer. In the lower level you will also find a bedroom and a double guest suite with 2 king beds and a private connecting bathroom.
