The Dutch Plan is a spacious 6+ bedroom lock-off cabin on Gull Lake’s South Shore, fully furnished and turnkey for ultimate flexibility—whether hosting extended family, welcoming guests, or maximizing rental potential. With generous gathering spaces, premium finishes, and effortless indoor/outdoor living, it’s designed for year-round comfort, connection, and memorable lakeside experience.
OWNERSHIP DETAILS
WHOLE OWNERSHIP
Ownership at Cragun’s Resort is designed to be both rewarding and transparent. This is whole ownership — not a timeshare and not fractional. Live here, stay here, play here, and Cragun’s will rent your vacation rental home when you’re away.
Owners are responsible for standard carrying costs associated with their property, including association fees, real estate taxes, utilities (electric, gas, internet, and TV service), and insurance. With maintenance-free convenience and resort-style amenities, your residential or rental home at Cragun’s offers a seamless way to enjoy — and benefit from — your time at the resort.
OWNER USE & RESERVATIONS
If entering into the rental program, you’ll be able to enjoy your Cragun’s vacation home for up to 42 days every Summer (May 1st – October 31st) and up to 100 days during the Winter season (Rental Program Only).
While there are limited black out dates, once a guest has booked your vacation home, the resort will not move the guest, unless the guest is easily moved and agreeable to the move. Guests are allowed to book up to 50 weeks in advance. Owners are encouraged to book their vacation home 13-18 months in advance. If an owner’s home is not in use by guest, owners may book their home up to 24 hours in advance.

RENTAL PROGRAM
The Cragun’s Rental Program is built on flexibility and true partnership — allowing owners to enjoy personal use of their home while benefiting from the resort’s strong brand, established guest base, and industry expertise. Enrollment provides access to Cragun’s Resort amenities, special owner benefits, and rental income potential, all while helping maintain a consistent, high-quality guest experience that supports long-term property value across the community.
Cragun’s handles all essential management functions on your behalf, including marketing, reservations, check-in services, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and revenue management — creating a seamless, worry-free path to ownership and rental success.
RENTAL INCOME OPPORTUNITY
Net room revenue is split 50/50 between the owner and the resort on a monthly basis. The amount of revenue an owner receives will vary based on personal usage patterns, unit size and type, market conditions, and other competitive factors.
Net room revenue applies only to the lodging portion of a guest stay and does not include food and beverage, spa services, in-room entertainment, parking, telephone, internet rental, resort fees, pet fees, marina fees, green fees, parking revenue, package component revenue, gratuities, or any taxes paid by the guest.
